Wow!  Talk about excellent customer service.  Doug and I are both exceptionally impressed with not only the professionalism that all of you have shown us but also getting our finances at a place where they need to be.  The efficiency and proficient way of making this happen has totally impressed us.  And then…as we were leaving today we had not placed sufficient funds in the parking meter and happened to get a ticket. Our fault.  Brad your commitment to customer excellence was pushed over the top when you provided us with the funds to pay the ticket.  Totally unnecessary but very much appreciated. 

Although because of the excellent customer service and professionalism of your company, our referrals to you will more than make up for the $12.00!!  I have already told a meeting room full of colleagues about the excellent services you have provided to us.
